p99.studio Ads Manager

Terms of service

These terms govern use of p99.studio Ads Manager, an internal tool operated by p99.studio for managing and reporting on its Google Ads accounts.

Authorized use

The tool is not offered as a public service. Only people expressly authorized by p99.studio may access or use it. Authorized users must use their own approved Google credentials and follow p99.studio access and security procedures.

Permitted activity

Authorized users may use the tool for internal Google Ads reporting, analysis, keyword planning, and user-reviewed management of p99.studio Search campaigns. Users may not use it to access an account they are not authorized to manage, bypass Google controls, resell data, or violate Google Ads or Google API policies.

Account and access security

Users are responsible for protecting their Google Account and device access. Access must not be shared. Suspected unauthorized use must be reported promptly to hello@p99.studio. p99.studio may suspend access to protect accounts, data, or the service.

Changes to Google Ads

The tool can make changes to campaigns, budgets, ad groups, ads, bids, keywords, and statuses. An authorized user must review each proposed change before initiating it. The user remains responsible for confirming that the requested change is correct.

Availability

The tool is provided for internal operational use and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Google services and data availability are controlled by Google and may change independently.

Our handling of Google Ads and OAuth data is described in the p99.studio Ads Manager privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the tool, applicable policies, or our operations change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued authorized use after an update means the user accepts the updated terms.
