Privacy policy
This policy explains how p99.studio Ads Manager accesses, uses, stores, and protects data obtained through Google OAuth and the Google Ads API. The tool is used only by authorized p99.studio staff to manage p99.studio advertising accounts.
Google data we access
After an authorized user grants access, the tool may access the Google Ads customer and manager accounts available to that user. The accessed data can include:
- account identifiers and account configuration;
- campaigns, budgets, ad groups, ads, bids, geographic settings, and status;
- positive and negative keywords and keyword-planning data;
- performance data, including impressions, clicks, click-through rate, cost, conversions, and search terms that Google Ads makes available; and
- OAuth credentials needed to maintain the authorized connection.
How we use Google data
We use this data only to operate p99.studio Ads Manager. This includes internal reporting, campaign analysis, keyword planning, and user-initiated management of p99.studio Search campaigns. Every mutation is initiated and reviewed by an authorized internal user.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and the Google Ads developer token remain in access-controlled systems and are not exposed in the browser. Google Ads data may be stored in internal databases and reports for account management, analysis, operational records, and troubleshooting. Access is limited to authorized p99.studio staff.
We retain Google Ads data only while it is needed for these internal purposes or to meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it using our normal operational processes.
Sharing
We do not sell or share Google Ads data with third parties. Service providers may process limited data only when necessary to host, secure, or operate the tool, under access controls and confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
An authorized user can revoke the tool’s Google Account access at any time from Google Account connections. Revocation stops new API access but does not automatically delete records already required for internal operations or legal obligations.
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of data associated with the tool, email hello@p99.studio.
Changes
We may update this policy when the tool or its data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
